1 · Acceptance
By creating an account or using Catalyst Ahead ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are one of three documents that together form your agreement with us. The and the are part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. Accepting these Terms accepts all three.
2 · The Service
Catalyst Ahead is an information and research tool. It surfaces publicly available company announcements and AI-generated inferences about expected catalyst dates. It does not provide personal financial product advice.
3 · Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to trading and use of market data.
4 · Account & security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must not share your account or scrape the Service.
- We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or abusive consumption of resources.
5 · Cost
The Service is free to use. There is no paid plan, no card, no subscription and nothing to cancel. Every account can put up to five companies on its catalyst timeline; we can raise that limit for an account at our discretion, and you are welcome to ask. We may introduce a paid plan in future, but if we do we will say so plainly and in advance rather than moving something you already use behind a wall.
6 · Intellectual property
The Service, its UI, code, and AI-generated catalyst summaries are owned by Catalyst Ahead. Underlying announcement source material remains the property of the issuing company / ASX.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Ahead is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other consequential damages. All trading decisions are yours alone.

8 · Changes
We may update these terms. We will post material changes on this page 30 days before they take effect, and note them in the daily market wrap.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
