By creating an account or using Catalyst Ahead ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 · The Service
Catalyst Ahead is an information and research tool. It surfaces publicly available company announcements and AI-generated inferences about expected catalyst dates. It does not provide personal financial product advice.
3 · Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to trading and use of market data.
4 · Account & security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must not share your account or scrape the Service.
- We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or abusive consumption of resources.
5 · Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
6 · Intellectual property
The Service, its UI, code, and AI-generated catalyst summaries are owned by Catalyst Ahead. Underlying announcement source material remains the property of the issuing company / ASX.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Ahead is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other consequential damages. All trading decisions are yours alone.
8 · Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers 30 days in advance.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
