This is not financial advice — at all, in any form
Catalyst Ahead is a data-visualization platform and nothing more. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that the platform in no way, shape, or form provides financial product advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, portfolio guidance, or any opinion on the merit of any security. Every chart, score, label, AI-generated paragraph, calendar entry, peer suggestion, or other output is presented purely so you can visualise publicly available data more efficiently. Whether to act on any of it is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
Nothing on the Service constitutes personal financial product advice as defined by section 766B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), nor a "general" or "wholesale" advice carve-out. We do not hold, and have never held, an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). We will never recommend you buy, hold, or sell any security.
You accept that this platform is for data visualization only
By creating an account, opening a public surface (sneak peek, shared watchlist), or otherwise interacting with the Service you affirmatively accept that:
- The Service exists to help you visualise ASX (and, in time, TSX / NYSE / NASDAQ) public-disclosure data — it is a research surface, not an advisor.
- Every catalyst date, confidence grade, peer suggestion, sector roll-up, and AI-generated summary is an informational artefact, not a recommendation. Treat it as a starting point for your own due diligence.
- You will not rely on any output of the Service as the sole basis for any investment, trading, hedging, or capital-allocation decision.
- You will independently verify any data point against the underlying ASX filing (which we always link to) before acting on it.
- You alone bear the consequences of any decision you make. Catalyst Ahead, its operators, contributors, and infrastructure providers accept no liability for any trading loss, missed opportunity, tax liability, or other consequence flowing from your use of the Service.
What we do
We surface publicly available ASX company announcements and use large language models — under human-supervised guardrails — to extract structured fields (expected catalyst dates, FY guidance ranges, capital-raise terms, drilling progress, cash position, etc.). The extracted data is then rendered as charts, timelines, calendars, and tables that make the underlying public information faster to read. Every projection includes a confidence grade and a link to the source filing.
What we don't do
- Recommend you buy, hold, or sell any security.
- Predict share-price direction or magnitude.
- Forecast company performance, earnings, dividends, or capital structure.
- Account for your personal financial situation, objectives, tax position, or risk tolerance.
- Verify the accuracy or completeness of source company filings beyond what the public exchange itself enforces.
- Provide tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice of any kind.
- Operate as a broker, market-maker, custodian, or financial-services intermediary.
AI limitations
Catalyst extraction is AI-powered, with hand-curated prompts, schemas, and post-extraction sanity checks. Like any AI system these models can be wrong — misread a date, hallucinate a window, miscategorise an event, or omit a relevant disclosure entirely. We grade extraction confidence and surface our reasoning so you can weight outputs accordingly, but you must verify every material fact against the linked source filing before acting. The presence of an AI-generated label does not imply correctness.
Forward-looking statements
Where the Service surfaces forward-looking content (e.g. "Phase 3 readout 2H26", "FY26 guidance 280–310 koz") it is reproducing or paraphrasing forward-looking statements made by the issuer in their own public disclosures. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain, may be revised or withdrawn, and should not be relied on as forecasts.
No relationship of trust or fiduciary duty
Use of the Service does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or similar relationship between you and Catalyst Ahead. We owe you no duty of care beyond running the Service to a commercially reasonable standard.
Your responsibility
Trading securities carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Always do your own research, read the source filings in full, consider your own circumstances, and consult a licensed financial adviser who knows you before making any investment decision. By continuing to use the Service you affirm that you understand and accept these limits.
