It reads every announcement a company files on the ASX, uses AI to extract any forward-looking event the company has signalled (drilling results, earnings, regulatory decisions, etc.), and plots those expected dates on a single timeline so you can see when each name in your watchlist is likely to move. The platform is purely a data-visualization tool — nothing on it constitutes financial advice.

Calendars are limited to scheduled events like earnings. We surface unscheduled ones too — "assays expected late April", "Phase 3 readout 2H26", "PDUFA decision 7 June" — anything an analyst would highlight from the filing text.

ASX and TSX (including TSX Venture) are live today. NYSE / NASDAQ coverage is in development and unlocks at the Enterprise tier when released.

Public company announcements — ASX listings via the ASX market data partner, and Canadian (TSX Venture / TSX) listings via their public news releases. Same sources broker terminals use, just structured into a calendar view.

We grade each catalyst High / Medium / Low and show our reasoning. "High" means the company gave an explicit date. "Medium" is a guided window. "Low" is an inference from cadence.

Each subsequent announcement is re-processed. If the company re-guides, the catalyst on your timeline updates and your armed alerts re-arm to the new fire time.

Yes — every catalyst card has the source filing title, date and a link to the original announcement (the PDF on asx.com.au for ASX listings, or the company news release for Canadian listings).

We do not provide a financial service as defined in the Corporations Act. We are an information / research service. We comply with applicable Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Act obligations.

Authentication and watchlist data live in Google Firebase (US/EU regions depending on plan). Catalyst extractions are cached on our infrastructure. We never sell user data.

Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We purge all associated data within 30 days.
