Companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), in mining, energy and healthcare. Every price and every dollar figure on this page is in Canadian dollars.
Where do the prices come from?
Where the prices come from: closing prices are supplied by Yahoo Finance. The percentage moves and the money traded are worked out by us from those closes — we take no price feed from the TSX or TSX Venture exchanges themselves. Every figure on this page is in Canadian dollars.
What does the "Material change" mark mean?
It means a Material change report was filed for that company on SEDAR+, Canada’s filing system, on the day of the news. It is NOT the same as the market-sensitive flag on our Australian boards: an ASX company ticks that box itself, and Canada has no equivalent box to tick. A Material change report is the closest thing Canada has, so that is what we show and what we call it. A row without the mark simply had no such report filed — it is not the company saying the news was routine.
Are these live prices?
No. Every figure is measured from daily closing prices, so the newest close on a Monday is Friday’s. Nothing on this page is intraday, and if you need live prices you want a broker or an exchange feed.
Do I need an account?
No. These boards are free to everyone, with no sign-in and no payment, and they are not a cut-down preview of a longer version. They are the same boards in full.
